Why be a PAMES Member?

PAMES represents Home Medical Equipment (HME) and Respiratory Equipment providers in the states of Oregon and Washington. In 1996 the organizations joined together for the purpose of strengthening our industry as professionals by promoting ethical behavior and sharing the benefits of education, information dissemination and problem solving regulatory issues on a local level. We provide that visible entry point to our industry and it`s leaders for Medicare, Medicaid and other
agencies and insurers wishing to interact with us.

WHY BE A MEMBER?

Industry Recognition - Medicare and Medicaid in Washington and Oregon recognize the Association as a single source of knowledge and professionalism. The Association often receives information regarding proposed rule change with requests for impact statements. An on-going
dialogue is maintained with both Medicaid and the DMERC.

Local Education - Educational opportunities for management and staff are available through PAMES. We sponsor manufacturer`s training and
certification classes in both states, as well as speakers on timely topics at quarterly meetings.

Networking Opportunities - Quarterly meetings are scheduled in each state. Meetings are structured to assure abundant Networking opportunities to keep you "in-touch" with your industry and peers.
